Download the Audiobookshelf app from the Google Play store. When prompted for the Server Address, enter "https://books.jack-milne.com/". Then enter your user credentials I provided you.

I don't have any iOS devices, so I can't speak for these apps personally, but these three are reviewed very well in the audiobook community.
AudioBooth (Free), Prologue (Limited features, $10 for full features), and Plappa

Requesting new books using the form
Use the link, "Request New Media", near the top of this page. Login using your email (I use your email to let you know when that book is available).
Should I stream or download the book?
Both options will work, but I highly recommend downloading the file. That way, you wont have to worry about buffering, not having cell service, or my server being offline. The files are rarely larger than a gig and you can delete it when you are finished.
