To view the media within the Optic Records, download the Plex application on your chosen medium and sign in using your Google or Apple account. Plex has apps on just about everything; iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, Google TV, etc so pick your favorite.
If the stream appear blurred or stuttered, ensure you have set your "Remote Streaming Quality" to Maximum/Original Quality. This prevents the server from needing to transcode.
Use the link, "Request New Media", near the top of this page. Login using Plex. Once in, just search for what you want and hit request
By default, each user can request one movie and one season of a show every 7 days. Some users have, incredibly graciously, donated to server costs, those users will get slightly higher request limits
My stack is pretty good at finding most things automatically, but not everything. Older, or very niche media will be more difficult. If, after a few days, the media still isnt there, you can just text me and say, "I requested X, and it still hasnt shown up". I will do my best to find it manually, but dont get your hopes up. It's possible no one is seeding that title.
Use Seerr to report it! Find the show that has an issue and select the yellow "caution" icon. I will try to get it fixed as soon as I can.
